What is DF?

It is an innovative fuel additive that provides instantaneous results just after it has been added to the fuel tank. The full effect will be noticed once the ECU had time to adapt to the new octane. This will take +/- 100Km. It can give up to 10% more power depending on the mechanical ‘health’ of your vehicle as well as the base fuel used and the DF range you choose.

What does it do?

DF has 3 active ingredients. Each works on a different aspect. The first one increases octane (or Cetane in Diesel). The second ingredient modifies the combustion process in the combustion chamber to make it more efficient, improving the overall performance instantaneously. The product works on enhancing the "explosion" within the cylinders by making it more homogeneous (not hotter). The third works on cleaning the combustion chamber and so increasing the performance.

How to use it?

DF is very easy to use. Instructions are provided on the packaging. You just add 100 ml of the product for every 10 liters of fuel. This means, if you have 35 liters in your tank you need to only add 350 ml. Should you be using DF frequently, then you need to put the corresponding quantities of DF to the amount of fuel you added to the tank. Stick to the recommended dosage, overdose will not improve the performance.

Does it work on all cars?

DF works on all types of cars running on petrol or Diesel. To get the optimum results your car has to be well maintained.

Any side effects?

Well, we have experienced one side effect which is "more power".

My car is already tuned (souped up), does it work on it?

Definitely. In general these cars are optimized in all aspects. If you add DF, the additional improvement in the combustion process will cause your thrill to be magnified.

Does it need any special adjustments?

Your car does not need any adjustments if it has a new generation electronic engine management unit (ECU). You will get more performance on older models if you dyno tune your car for DF.

Does it damage the engine or exhaust system?

All the mechanical parts directly attached to the engine will not be harmed. Lambda probes measure the quantities of air and fuel mixed together before entering into the combustion chamber or after leaving it. DF works inside the combustion chamber.

What is meant by "up to 10% more power"?

The conservative figure we are using is 7% and it is a declaration based on the overall average of the results that we received from our test results. Be assured that you will get up to 10% more power if your car can take advantage of all 3 active ingredients in DF.

What will happen if I don't know exactly how much fuel is in the tank?

You can estimate the volume for example if you know that your tank's volume is 50 liters and that you have almost 3/4 of it full, then your volume is around 40 liters. Therefore use between 350 - 400 ml of DF. It is better to use a dosage that is slightly less than needed instead of using more than is needed.

Why don’t you put a clear window on the side of the bottle so we can see how much of the product we add?

This can not be done as sunlight breaks down the octane booster.

Is it explosive or flammable?

DF is not explosive but is flammable.

Does it work on carburetors and electronically controlled injection systems?

Yes, DF works on cars with any configuration, from older cars with carburetors through to cars with advanced programmable electronic fuel injection systems as well as turbo charged cars.

Toluene/xylene is cheaper?

Yes it is, but it requires quite an effort to mix and handle. It is also very dangerous products to expose your self to over the long term. Another aspect to consider is that toluene and xylene will attack rubber hoses and o-rings at more than 20% dose. As some of our local refineries add toluene and xylene to increase octane, it is not a good idea to add more. With DF most of our customers experience a significant decrease in their fuel consumption (up to 100km extra on a tank of fuel). If you deduct the extra km you get, off the price of DF, it is not that expensive.
